Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to load, unload, and organize cargo and goods within our logistics facility, ensuring safety, speed, and accuracy in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload cargo from trucks, containers, and storage racks
- Move materials to and from storage or production areas
- Inspect forklifts daily and perform minor maintenance if needed
- Ensure accurate inventory handling and labeling
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Support warehouse team with manual tasks when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Valid Forklift Certification / License
- Familiar with warehouse operations and safety guidelines
- Physical strength and stamina
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, freight, or cargo handling industry
- Familiarity with container handling procedures
- Basic computer or scanner handling skills
