This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relation Executive, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relation Executive will be responsible for maintaining client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing client inquiries, communicating effectively with clients, and resolving any issues that may arise. The role also involves assisting in client onboarding and offering support and guidance to clients as needed.

• Customer Service skills and a client-centered approach
• Proficiency in resolving client issues and providing support
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in financial services or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
